You Pile It, We Load It is just what it sounds like. Just follow the steps described below:

  1. Book an appointment online! Select the MORNING or AFTERNOON shift.
  2. Form a pile of your junk and unwanted items in the garage or driveway. You can have us haul away a few items or you can create a pile approximately 5' x 5', 10' x 10' or 10' x 15'. Please stack no higher than 5'.
  3. We will show up and load it on your scheduled day. You needn't lift another finger.

What to expect from SimpleSpace
  • You can expect us to be punctual, polite, and proper.
  • If you leave your pile in the driveway you don’t have to be home at the time of service.
  • If your pile is in the garage it would be nice if you were home.
  • We will show up anytime between your three hour time frame.
    • Ex. (Morning Shift = 8:30 – 11:30 a.m.)
    • Our goal is to always show up early in the shift but times can vary.
  • Once we have loaded everything up, we will broom sweep the area.
Only need a few items hauled away?
  • For a small fee, we can haul as few as 1–3 items away.
  • Like our other services on this page, your item(s) need to be in the garage or on the driveway.

We wish we could take everything, but we do have some limitations
  • We cannot remove dangerous items, chemicals, liquids, paint, infested items, or extremely large items (ex. piano, cast iron tubs, etc).
  • If two humans cannot lift an item or use a dolly then we will be unable remove that item.
  • Any item over 50 lbs. needs to be disclosed. 
  • We do not haul rock, dirt, asphalt, concrete, bulk shingles, or heavy stone.
  • We have to charge extra for tires, freezers, fridges, A/C units. 
  • Some jobs will require an estimate: estate cleanouts, very large jobs or items that need to be broken apart/deconstructed.

Book online or give us a call. For our basic services you can book on this website! For large jobs, jobs that require powertools, and items that need demolishing/deconstruction please call and set up a time for an estimate. For additional questions, just give us a call. 

Our goal is to help you declutter, quickly, at a reasonable price. All of our prices include a dispoal fee that we incurr at the landfill. There are items that we cannot take, and there are items we will have to charge more for. All of these items can be found on our rate sheet, and under our terms when you checkout. We find that most homeowners can fill up our dumpsters and get rid of what they need in about 2-3 hours. 

We strive to be quick and efficient.  We are always open and honest.  Any item we remove will be properly recycled, donated, or disposed of. Afterward, we’ll check in to ensure you are 100% satisfied with the hauling services you received. 

Online Bookings: Once you schedule a service you should get an email with the details.  Please follow up with any questions or concerns. If you need to reschedule just give us a call at least 1 full day in advance. 

Estimates: On the day of an estimate we will call 30 minutes - 1 hour before we arrive. Our estimators will walk the premises with the customer, perform a needs assessment, and give you a quote on the spot. Every case is a little different, but usually we will be in and out in about 30 minutes. 

  1. After booking our service: Go room by room and label the items you need removed.  (paper, pencil, and tape should do the trick)
  2. Have the driveway clear of cars. This will allow us to get the mobile dumpster in the best position.
  3. Make sure you measure! You might have to remove the pins from a door or disconnect a screen/storm door for clearance. 
  4. If we are coming in the home, please have all pets secured, and remove all items that could become a tripping hazard.
