We cannot take hazardous waste: This includes but is not limited to the following: paint, solvents, motor oil, pesticides, fertilizers, flammable liquids, and propane tanks. If you have any questions not addressed by these FAQs, please don’t hesitate to reach out.

What are your rescheduling, canceling and weather policies?

Cancellations: Cancellations need to occur at least 48 hours in advance Monday – Friday. Any cancellation that occurs prior to the 48 hours of your scheduled service, you will be issued a full refund. Cancellations that occur after the 48 hour window will be subject to a $75 cancellation fee. Your refund will be the cost of the service less the $75 charge. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please reschedule 48 hours prior to your scheduled service. Inclement Weather Severe weather will cause delays. We will reach out to you in the event of delays.

Do you haul appliances?

Yes! We haul all types of appliances. However there will be an additional fee for refrigerators, freezers, and A/C units. The additional fee is $35. Refrigerators contain freon and need to be taken to a different location, and we will incur an additional fee.

Can you dispose of sod or dirt?

Sorry. Dirt, rock, and sod are very heavy. We do not provide a service for dirt, rock, or sod disposal.

Does your service dispose of construction materials?

We take construction materials. We do not take hazardous items. Some construction materials are extremely heavy. If you have bulk granite counters/slabs we need to know prior to your scheduled service. Granite, marble, quartz, and any other type of aggregate countertop needs to be disclosed. Counters are extremely heavy.

Can you get rid of yard waste for me?

We take yard waste. This includes grass clippings, leaves, and branches. We do not take rock, sod, or dirt.

SimpleSpace FAQs

On the day of your scheduled service, please have the driveway/parking area clear of vehicles. We strive to always be on time. In the event of delays we will always call. Please look for an email after booking online (check your junk/spam folder if you don’t see it soon). We will also send a reminder email for an upcoming service.

We cannot take hazardous waste: This includes but is not limited to the following: paint, solvents, motor oil, pesticides, fertilizers, flammable liquids, and propane tanks.
For appliances containing Freon please add $35 (the dump charges extra for these items). This includes refridgerators, freezers, mini fridges, AC units, and AC window units.
Tires will be assessed a fee of $15 per tire. (this item needs to be left outside of the trailer, and we will place it in our trucks)
Extremely heavy items need to be disclosed. Our dump fees are based on weight. The fee that we have charged you includes a dump fee; however, extremely heavy items will be very expensive to get rid of therefore they will need to be disclosed. We will need to charge extra for pianos, pool tables, a large amount of stone countertops (a few pieces are okay) and cast iron tubs. (the additional fees ranges from $25 – $125)
We do not haul bulk rock or shingles.
Failure to disclose the information above could result in additional fees.
