Restrictions and Limitations

We cannot haul hazardous material or hazardous waste. This includes but is not limited to the following: solvents, stains, paints, gasoline, propane, etc.
We cannot haul bulk rock, shingles, dirt, sod, or boulders.
We do not remove infested items, mold, pests, or animals. Please disclose any dangerous items or possible situations to our staff before we enter the premises. We reserve the right to not enter a facility, business, home, or area that we deem unsafe. We do not enter crawl spaces or inaccesible attics.
Heavy Items: If an item is too heavy for two individuals to reasonable lift, we will not be able to remove it from your premises (ex. pianos, cast iron tubs, steal beams, etc.). Any item over 50 pounds needs to be disclosed for our saftey.
All of our packages include a landfill/dump fee based on weight. Extremely heavy items must be disclosed.
For jobs requring powertools, saws, and demolition you must get an estimate from us before booking our services.
If hazardous items are found in the trailer, you will incur a $250 fee and be subject to additional cleanup fees/expenses where applicable.
We are not a cleaning company, but we do pick up/sweep up our mess.

Refrigerators/Freezers and AC units (includes mini-fridges with freon compressor)	$35 per unit
Tires (normal car/truck) (we do not accept extremely large tires, semi-truck tires, or monster truck tires)	$15 per item
Undisclosed/Hidden Hazards	$250 plus City/State cleanup fees
Extremely Heavy Items (our dump fees are based on weight, please disclose all extremely heavy items; our dumpsters also have weight limits. (ex. multiple slabs of marble/countertops))	$25 – $150

On the Day of Decluttering

Drop-Off and Pickup Times (can vary slightly)	We strive to drop-off our mobile dumpsters right at your scheduled time; however, sometimes we may encounter unforseen delays and circumstances.
The Driveway	Please try and have the driveway clear of cars upon our arrival. We will do our best to park the dumpster in an area that pleases you.
The Address	Please double check the address that you have given us.
Cancellations	You must cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Last minute cancellations will incur a $100 cancellation fee.
Inclement Weather	Our service is year round. If we encounter severe weather we may be forced to delay our arrival or postpone. If this occurs we will reschedule or give you a full refund.
Saftey First	Please avoid entering the dumpsters. There may be instances where this is unavoidable when loading large items. Please know you will be entering at your own risk when this occurs.
